With more than 20 years’ experience in HR and management development, coupled with more than seven years’ experience as a small business, performance and leadership coach, I’ve learnt a lot about people and workplace dynamics.
My industry experience, both within the public and private arena, has shown me what can be achieved when you give the right people the right support to maximise their potential. My desire is to share this insight with my clients to help them achieve success.

They appreciate having someone outside their business who can act as a sounding board to bounce ideas off, share concerns with and keep them on track. Armed with the right insight, support and knowledge, many of my clients surpass their own expectations.
